Adding Payers from Registration

  1. Click Registration on the main menu.

  2. Click the Payer Details tab.

  3. Click Add Payer

  4. Click Gateway and search by payer name to find the payer ID.

  5. Payer Name and Payer Id will be added to automatically. If needed, you can change the name.

  6. Enter address where physical claims are submitted for this payer.

  7. Enter telephone and fax.

  8. Select the claim filing indicator, which is usually commercial, Medicare Part B if the insurer is Medicare or Medicaid.

  9. Select Category. (We added these for you)

  10. Make sure the price list is correct.

  11. Select Electronic or Print.

  12. Click Save.
