This screen is used to add allergy categories and add additional food or environmental allergies.  Click the allergy type Master tab and enter a new allergy type, then click the Save button.   To add an allergy, select the Allergy Type, type the name, and then click the Save Allergy Name button.  To edit an allergy or remove it, click the edit button next to the allergy name and change the name or select inactive to remove it and click the Save Allergy Name button to update the changes.
