Appointment calendar has advanced features to give you access to billing, clinical, and other practice information.  Here are key features:

• Appointments can be set for providers, resources/exam rooms and groups of patients. Appointments can be booked for multiple facilities and times.
• Time slots can be locked and designated for certain types of visits. Appointments can be linked together to schedule patients for multiple services but generate one superbill encounter.

Clicking Appointment on the Main Menu allows patient appointments to be added and managed for each provider and location. In the appointments menu, At the top you can filter appointments by date, provider name, visit type, status and facility or show a provider calendar in all facilities. The right-hand side of the appointment screen offers three levels of detail view – day, week, month.
