Clinical Masters - Template & Form Setup ed-10105

Clinical Masters Menu

Enabledoc™ Clinical Masters Guide describes how to set up vitals templates, allergies, order sets, templates, form headers, and forms.

 Vitals:

The vital fields and templates can be customized for each provider.

Allergies:

Other allergies and allergy categories can be created.

Order Sets:

Services can be bundled together to make it easier to select them in orders and procedures.

Clinical Forms:

Clinical Forms are created to customize the menus of templates, allow letter header to be assigned, and configure the page settings.  This allows the workflow and options to be controlled for each specialty and type of visit.  Forms are loaded based on the visit type, facility, specialization and provider. Multiple forms can be created for each patient encounter.  Templates can be created to capture any type of information in check boxes, pull downs, Boolean, date, text field, lines, and word processor form.  Sections and nested options are also available.  Data can be pulled from the prior visit or set to the default.

Form Headers:

Once a patient encounter is selected, the patient dashboard displays a summary of the patient’s medical history, encounters, problems, medications, new prescriptions, diagnoses, vitals, Orders & Procedures, and notes.

Form:

Any form can be opened and used by adding a form to the encounter and clicking on the form name.  This allows the flexibility to create different types of notes for each encounter.

Immunization Chart:

The Immunizations Chart tab displays the patient’s immunization records, including vaccine names, due dates, administered status, locations, remarks, and related details. Providers can filter immunization records, mark vaccines as administered, print immunization information, send records to the registry, and manage immunization entries for the patient encounter. It also has Immunization History, it displays the historical immunization records of the patient, including administered vaccines, administration dates, refusal information, and related historical immunization details for review and reference.
