Color Legend
The Color Legend screen is used to select color preference options for appointments, encounters, notes, task priority, task status, superbill and class. The color of appointments can be select based on the on the status of the appointment.
Features of this screen:
Show Appointment Status as Border: Checking this box makes the border of the appointment’s color change when the status of the appointment is changed.
Show Appointment Status as Background: Checking this box makes the background of the appointment’s color change when the status of the appointment is changed.
Add a Color Legend
1. Select the Type of color legend. Options include Appointment, Encounter, Notes, Task Priorty, Superbill, Class and Task Status.
2. Select the Status for which the color legend is being created.
3. Select the Color to be assigned to the type and status selected
4. Click the Save button to save the color legend.
Add Custom Color
1. Select the Add Custom Color link. These fields will appear:
2. Fill in the Color Name.
3. Pick a Color.
3. Click Add to add the custom color. Click (X) on the top of the screen to make the Add Custom Color fields disappear.
Add Custom Status
1. Select Appointment, Encounter, Notes, Task Priorty, Superbill, Class or Task Status from the Type pull down options.
2. Click Add Custom Status link. These fields will appear:
3. Enter a name for the status in the Status box.
4. Select the color for the status from the Status Color pull down options.
5. Enter the Status Code.
6. Mark the status as Active or Inactive. Marking the status as Active will cause it to be available for use. Marking the status as Inactive means the status will not be available for use.
7. Click Add to add the status to the list under the Color Legend. Click Cancel to make the Add Custom Status fields disappear.
