Entering Patient/Insurance Deposit

  1. Click Billing.

  2. Click Deposit.

  3. Click New Deposit.

  4. Enter a Deposit name such as today’s date in the Confirmation Box.

  5. Check the box to set pay date to deposit date. This makes all payment dates the deposit date.

  6. Enter the deposit date.

  7. Add comments if needed.

  8. Click Save.

  9. Now after adding the deposit, we need to add patient/insurance payment to that deposit.
