Videos and Other Files: The Videos and Other Information screen is used to upload, manage, and organize educational videos, images, and other informational files within the system.
Message Support: This button allows users to directly contact the support team for technical assistance or issue reporting. Users can enter a subject along with a detailed message explaining the issue they are facing. To help support better understand the problem, the system also provides an option to record and attach a Screen Share video with screen, audio, or video recording. Additional files can be uploaded through file selection or drag-and-drop functionality, with a maximum upload size limit of 1 GB. The feature also includes Speech-To-Text support for easier message entry and an Improve Text with AI option to refine the message before sending it to support.
Knowledge Base: This option shows Enablemypractice help screen with the ability to search by topic.
