The Log screen is used to view and manage all outgoing fax communications sent from the application. It helps staff track whether patient documents, referrals, reports, prescriptions, or medical records were successfully faxed to providers, facilities, or other contacts.

Users can perform several functions from this screen, including resending failed faxes, downloading the fax cover page, downloading the faxed document, exporting fax logs to Excel, and filtering records to quickly locate specific transmissions.
