Manage Encounters (Delete or Undelete Appointments/Encounters/Notes) ed-10094

Administration Menu  
  1. Under Administration, click Manage Encounter.
  2. Click on one of the three tabs: Appointment, Encounter and Notes and Forms
  3. Enter a date range and click Filter.
  4. At the top, you can type a patient name or account number and press enter. Clicking on the column names sorts the column up or down.
  5. On the right shows the status. Click the Make Active or Make Inactive buttons to add or remove them.
