Clicking the Options menu opens a dropdown containing the following options: History, Eligibility, Open Patient Portal, Coordinator, and Set Window Height. The detailed information about these functions are below

History

Displays a list of screens and patient accounts you accessed with a button to quickly go to that page.

Eligibility

If activated by your clearinghouse, this button will open a screen to check a patient’s insurance eligibility and benefits information provided by the payer. Some payers will not provide this information. Select a provider and patient will check insurance eligibility and provide benefits information in real-time.

Open Patient Portal

Our patient portal allows you to login to your portal administrator account.

Coordinator

The Coordinator module provides a centralized view for monitoring appointments and patient-related activities. The screen includes a live map view with zoom and refresh controls, along with configurable refresh rate settings. Users can switch between Appointments, Group Messages, and History views, and filter information by Facility, Provider, and Date. The module also provides quick access to options such as New Appointment and Settings. Appointment details displayed on the screen include patient name, appointment time, facility information, appointment status, location, reason, and room details.
