Comments or notes can be added about a patient. These notes are not part of the clinical record. When one comment is added that is active, the Patient Comments button turns yellow. These notes can be closed at any time, based on a user's settings.

Add Patient Note

Anytime a patient is selected, a patient note can be added or updated. The status of this note is at the top left corner.

Update Notes

Click Add/Update button on the note to update and/or change status.
