Patient Payments can be managed and allocated to claims on the Payment Management screen. Simply click Billing on the Main Menu and then Payment Management.
Void or Refund Transactions
To void a transaction in the same day or refund a transaction after the first day, please perform these steps:

Click Billing.

Click Payment Management.

Type a patient name and select the patient.

Find the transaction to void under Recent transactions and click Void.

The system will generate another payment details voiding the earlier payment.

Deleting the payment then sends a void or refund to the credit card company.

If this is not a full refund, then process a new transaction for the reduced amount.
