Print HCFA Claims

HCFA forms can be printed from Add Claim, Manage Claims and Insurance Collections Management. HCFA form print for primary, secondary and tertiary payers is performed based on the status of the claim.  HCFA forms can be printed with a background form or just the text.

1. Click Billing.

2. Click Insurance Collections Management.

3. Set the Start and End Date range and click Show.

4. Select Status of Print 1st or Print 2nd or Print 3rd for the claims to print for the different payers.

5. Click Select All.

6. Click Print HCFA Forms (check the box to print with the form background)

7. A PDF is generated and can be printed.
