Speech Adaptation State

The Speech Adaptation State screen is used to improve and personalize the system’s speech recognition accuracy for a specific user. The text entered or dictated in this section is used to build a speech recognition profile based on the user’s speaking style, pronunciation, and commonly used words or phrases.

Checking Use Profile For Speech Recognition enables the saved speech profile for the user. As the user continues dictating text, the system adapts and improves recognition accuracy over time. This feature is especially useful for providers or employees who frequently use voice dictation for clinical documentation and notes.
