The Provider Favorites screen is used to manage each provider’s favorite lists for services and diagnosis. Providers can edit their own Favorites on the Orders and Procedures screen and the Diagnosis screen (See Provider Guide).

Filtering Providers, Services, and Diagnoses

To filter providers, type part of the name or the full name of the provider into the Provider search bar and then click outside the search box.

To filter services, fill in the Service code or Description box and then click outside the search box.

To filter diagnoses, fill in the ICD 10 Code or Description box and then click outside the search box.

To view all items in a list after filtering, remove the search query from the search box and click again outside the search box.

Manage Favorite Service or Diagnosis

1.      Select the provider(s) whose favorite list the user wishes to edit. To do this, mark the check box next to the desired provider.

2.      Select the service and/or diagnosis the user wishes to add to the provider’s favorite list. To do this, mark the check box next to the service and/or diagnosis desired.

3.      If only services are to be added to favorites, click Save CPTs.

4.    If only diagnoses to be added to favorites, click Save Diagnosis.

5.     If both services and diagnoses to be added to favorites for the provider, click Save Both.
