Reports can be run for Appointments or New Reports screens. There are over a hundred different types of reports that can be filtered by facility, provider, patient, visit type, appointment status, CPT, diagnosis, Medication, insurer, and date range.
- Click New Report.
- Select the required Report Category.
- Choose the report from the Report Name drop-down list.
- Select the required Facility, Provider, Referring Physician, and other filters if needed, or leave them as Select All to include all records.
- Set the required date range for the report.
- Click Show Report to view the report on screen.
- Click Print PDF to download the report in PDF format.
- Click Print Excel to download the report in Excel format.
