Review and Import Insurance Payments

  1. Click Billing.

  2. Click New ERA Management

  3. Click on Click Here to Filter

  4. Select Status “All”.

  5. Select Apply.

  6. Click on the first payment that has not been imported. (If you want to see reasons, hover the cursor over the reason in the claim line).

  7. Click Edit to update the pay date to today or date you want to show on End of Day Report and select the Deposit Confirmation #. (This step is not needed if the payment has already been added to a deposit. See steps below)

  8. Click on the Paid column to sort the payments for $0 pay.

  9. Any claim payments in Pink should be reviewed for potential adjustments needed.

  10. Click Edit on a claim line to review and make any adjustments prior to import. If you need to call insurance or place on appeal, please click Add Task on the Edit Claim Line screen:  

  11. If you need to call insurance or place on appeal, please click Add Task on the Edit Claim Line screen

  12. Or on the payment click Add to Batch

  13. Uncheck any payments you do not want to import.

  14. Click Import to import payment into the claims.  The claims status will be updated on the right and the payment will show imported.

  15. Go to the next payment.
