Sending Electronic Claims

  1. Click Appointment > Patient Encounters.

  2. Click Superbill for an encounter.

  3. Finalize the superbill. 

  4. After all superbills are finalized, click Billing.

  5. Click Batch Management.

  6. Click the Create from Final link will create claims and add to the batch.   

  7. Expand the list to check that all claims have been approved.This screen opens to show the claims. If the claims have errors, click on the claim and it will open up that claim.

  8. Click Send and the Batch Status will change to Ready to Send. The status will automatically update to Sent.
