Unblock Employee Account and Reset password

  1. Click Administration

  2. Click employee

  3. Click the on an employee name to edit the details.

  4. Scroll down the page to the Login Details and find the Islocked box. This should not be checked. 

  5. To change password, check the Update Credentials box. 

  6. Enter a new password. All passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters, 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter, 1 number, and 1 special characters of one of the: *&^%$#@

  7. Enter password again.

  8. Check Facilities that the employee should have access to.

  9. Click the Update button in the upper right of the screen.
