Vital signs can be added to the system by creating a Vital Unit Master. In Vital Unit Master Tab type the name of the vital, a symbol, conversion formula (if any), measurement system, and conversion unit. Also set the status to active to make it accessible.   Click Save Unit and the Vital Unit is added.
