To create a vitals template that can be assigned to providers, type a Vital Template name and description, and select the measurement type.  Select if the template is the default one for all providers.  Select each vital measurement from the dropdown box that should be in this template, click the Save button, and the Vital Template will appear in the table below.  To edit a pre-existing template click edit next to the template name, make the changes and then click the Save Button.

Select the provider from the drop-down box, select the Vitals Template to assign to that provider, and click the save button. Repeat the steps for all providers.
